What I do

Photography

I started shooting for fun since my travels last year, 2019 in the United States. I joined Pexels, uploaded my life risking photo and a photo shot by an iPhone 7 and little did I know those photos would get a lot of appreciation and love from people all over the world and was able to make it to the homepage and leaderboard of Pexels. Through my photos, I want to inspire people that you don’t need a great camera to start in taking great photos.

Food

When I was a kid, being my mum’s little assistant while she cooks and bake is what started my passion for food. Having the experience working in hotels and restaurants made me realize how I can make people happy with the food I make made me pursue this career. Pastries and avant-garde, gastronomical science and art are my kind of food. I enjoy the creative process of art, culture and food, together as one on a plate.

Travel

As a natural progression from photography I gained interest in film shooting, I enjoy filming places and people I might never see again and knowing I could film it and relive those moments back in time again and the fact you can tell a story that could add value to someone’s life inspired me a lot. Through my videos, I want to share my experience and tell a story for the world ... to see with a hope of creating awareness in taking care of our beautiful mother Earth. Through my food videos, I want to inspire that everyone can cook and bake. I hope to learn with you in my adventures of film, food and cultures around the world in fun travel documentaries/vlogs.

Who I am

Cook, Young Entrepreneur & Photographer

I’m a Filipino born and raised in the Philippines, I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management major in Culinary Arts at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. I professionally experienced working in restaurants and hotels such as The Vatel Restaurant Manila, Mariott Clark and Montage Deer Valley in Utah.

I’m a full-time optimist, I love to see things on the bright side of life. I spend my free time being with my dogs, family/friends and getting lost in books/cook books. I love going to places I haven’t been to. I enjoy writing and playing with words. Having a guitar around my arms makes me feel like home. I’m in love with learning something new every day. I think perspective is everything but I find mine the most in the mountains, ocean and under the stars.

My mantras in life: Make money to help others because helping people makes me happy. I believe love, great music and good food is what makes the world go round.
